David Shapiro

About the Artist …
David Shapiro discovered his love for painting as a toddler visiting and using his mother’s studio. His family managed an art gallery in Georgetown for many years, and David was subsequently entered and placed in the art competitions there.

David came to Sacramento as a teenager and learned photography. He helped in the LBGTQ community and had a large photography show in his R Street Studio at the time.

He has been showing paintings and photography at Kennedy Gallery for five years with great success collectors have purchased both paintings and photography.
